Collins Lane Art

Tim and Garry started Collins Lane Art in 2001 as a small art business dealing in both functional stoneware pottery and kiln-fired framed glass assemblages.

Tim has over 30 years experience as a potter and also works in several different mediums; including watercolor, oil painting, and papermaking. Therefore it was an easy transition to add kiln-fired glass to his accomplishments. On the other hand, Garry learned about glass by working with Tim and then applying the skills with his own interpretation.

We cut all of our glass from large sheets, then arrange the compositions and fire the glass in the kiln. After firing we add silver, bronze and copper wire accents to some pieces. Each completed piece is then matted and framed.
